dashboard services. By completing the check-out process, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Confirmation Before Purchase

By completing the check-out process, you confirm that you have:
  1. Acknowledged the Product Details:
    • Fully understood the features, functionality, and limitations of the selected subscription plan.
    • You have ensured the product meets your specific requirements and is compatible with your technical setup.
  2. Evaluated the Free Version:
    • You have used the free version provided to explore the core features and functions.
    • You are satisfied with the product’s capabilities and are proceeding with the purchase based on this understanding.
  3. Agreed to the Pricing:
    • Accepted the price of the subscription plan, including any applicable taxes or fees displayed during check-out.
  4. Accepted the Terms:
    • Read, understood, and agreed to the No Cancellation and No Refund Policy and other applicable terms and conditions.
    • For Business plan only, non-discounted consumption on refund: If you requests an early refund for a 12-month Business plan, all prior discounts are forfeited. The cost of the consumed period will be calculated based on the full, non-discounted monthly rate of that plan.

2. Payment Process

2.1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

2.2. Payment Confirmation

3. Subscription Activation

3.1. Immediate Activation
  • Once payment is processed successfully, your subscription will be activated immediately.
  • You will gain full access to the selected dashboard features according to your subscription plan.
3.2. Access Credentials
  • Login credentials or access details will be provided via email after payment confirmation.

4. No Cancellation or Refund

  • By completing the check-out process, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
  • Due to the nature of our services as immediate-access digital goods and ability for users to download data, no cancellations or refunds will be granted once the subscription is activated.

5. Billing Terms

5.1. One-Time Purchases
  • For single-payment plans, you will only be charged at the time of check-out.
5.2. Recurring Subscriptions
  • For recurring subscriptions, payments will be automatically charged based on the billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually).
  • Customers are responsible for managing their subscription settings to avoid unwanted renewals.
5.3. Failed Payments
  • If a payment fails for more than 1 day, access to data services will remain suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
  • If a payment failure persists for more than 3 days, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and all access to data services will be terminated.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated and displayed during the check-out process.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all taxes and fees associated with their purchase.

If you encounter any issues during the check-out process (e.g., payment errors or incorrect plan selection):

  2. Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
  3. We will assist you in resolving the problem, but refunds or cancellations will not be offered for customer errors.
